Shihan Tats Nakamura, international secretary of the IKO Nakamura federation, was born in Japan in 1967. He began karate at the age of 15 and obtained the rank of black belt in 1987. The Nuns' island JKA has been established since 1994 and has a reputation of creating highly disciplined karateka of all ages, it is also a family dojo in which parents and their children can train together in a friendly yet serious and highly spiritual atmosphere.
